It doesn't take much

Coffeegrind

Sometimes it really doesn't take much to make me smile. This little packet of coffee grind arrived with my coffee delivery last week, with a note..

If you weren't expecting a grind sample, surprise. Some call it micro managing. We like to call it attention to detail.

The coffee came with customary notes about the week's selection, brewing instructions, occasional chocolate truffles, and, once in a while, a little reminder that life is sometimes just these mundane little details. How sweet.

Ohh, that's just so wonderful! I love it when companies go the little extra mile to make consumers feel special. It always makes me smile too, as well as continue to use their products.

I think that little details like that definitely make a big difference--like "ooh!". You remember those things!

Very nice touch.

What a treat! I love unexpected goodies!

I love it when that happens. Strangely enough, the same thing happened to me last week when I revceived a mixed CD in the mail from a book company.

As a point, what was the sample they sent?

I threw the bag away so I can't tell you what the coffee was anymore. Sorry. It's from an artisan roaster in Kansas, of all places. It's fabulous in the Clover, though not quite so on my Silvia.
