Yeah, they are the best. Strangely enough, the first time I had it was in Hong Kong a few years ago. There is a specialty food store that carries them. I am curious where can I find them in US.

Joselito jamons are not available in the US, unfortunately. In Paris you can try them at l'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and a few other places, and in London at Brindisa.
